Hack the Gap's Project Management Program is a several-month long program that both teaches necessary skills for those looking to make their first steps into the project managament world and provides them with an opportunity to exercize those skills by allowing them to lead projects of their own within the company. PROJECT SUMMARY
The barriers to capital and personal financial risks are much higher for those looking to open a restaurant or food business for the first time, especially for people of color. Project Open Access aims to support food entrepreneurs and to provide them with the resources they need to plan, launch, and grow their businesses.

Analyzed current site pages and determined, documented, and implemented necessary changes.
Drafted and completed a formal change proposal document to bring to the Open Access team.
Analyzed the technical document and determined, documented, and implemented necessary corrections and clarifications.
PROJECT SUMMARY
Little Earth is 9.4 acre, 212-unit Housing and Urban Development (HUD) subsidized housing complex located in the urban industrial core of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Little Earth project includes redesigning, restructuring, and updating the website to a more modern and pleasing appearance.

Analyzed current site pages and determined, documented, and implemented necessary changes.
Created high-fidelity wireframes and updated site designs in Figma.
Drafted and completed a formal change proposal document to bring to the Little Earth team.
