Ri manages the social media content and online marketing for up-and-coming Pathfinder2e podcast, Minus 20. The position is an unpaid volunteer position and involves creating content to be posted on social media, scheduling and boosting posts on social media, and analyzing patterns with the algorithm to achieve the maximum possible growth. 

The Minus 20 Podcast primarily markets their content on social media sites such as Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube, while the actual podcast is posted on most popular podcast apps.
